MgAl水滑石的合成及其薄膜的旋涂法制备与表征

摘要 采用共沉淀法,在甲醇/水混合溶剂中制备了MgAl水滑石粉体,并利用旋涂法在铜和玻璃表面制备了水滑石薄膜,研究了甲醇/水混合溶剂对粉体颗粒度的影响,研究了旋涂过程快速甩干阶段的转速对薄膜形貌和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,本实验所用混合溶剂对于防止新制备的粉体粒子之间团聚,具有一定作用;利用旋涂技术制备的水滑石薄膜,对铜表面也有一定的缓蚀作用。 MgAl-Hydrotalcites particles has been prepared. And the films fabricated with the method of spincoating and the effect of methanol/water mixed solvent on the particle size have been researched. Meanwhile, the morphology and electrochemical properties of the films effected by the speed of the fast drying stage of the spincoating process have been characterized. The result shows that it is effective to prevent agglomeration of the freshly prepared particles when use the mixed solvent. And there is a anti-corrosion effect with the LDHs films prepared by spin-coating to the surface of copper.
