摘要
选用氧化镁溶矿,聚氨酯型泡沫塑料富集,ICP-MS测定的方法,对国家一级标准物质GBW07238、GBW07239、GBW07240进行测定。对溶剂条件、熔融温度及时间进行试验,确定了样品的最佳溶矿条件。方法检出限(3s)为:0.005μg·g^(-1),精密度(RSD%,n=6)为:2.77%~4.42%。该测定方法具有灵敏度高、干扰少、分析速度快、线性范围宽、操作性强等优势,适用于大批量钨矿石和钼矿石样品中铼元素的测定。
National standard material GBW07238, GBW07239, and GBW07240 were dissolved with magnesia,and enriched with polyurethane foam, finally diluted to the scale for determination of Re in tungsten ore and molybdenum ore by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry. On the solvent condition, the melting temper-ature and time of the experiment, the optimum conditions of the samples were determined. The detection limit was0.005μg·g^-1(3s). The precision were 2.77%-4.42%(RSD%, n=6). The determination method has high sensitivity,low interference, fast analysis speed, wide linear range, high maneuverability and other advantages. This method is suitable for determination of Re in large quantities of tungsten ores and molybdenum ores.
