摘要
采用浸提-离子色谱法测定污泥中可溶性氟化物。结果表明浸提-离子色谱法测定污泥中可溶性氟化物具有较好的准确度和精密度,方法的线性范围为0~10.0mg·L^(-1),检出限为0.025mg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差小于2.0%,加标回收率为96.0%~102%。浸提-离子色谱法测定污泥中的可溶性氟化物,具有结果稳定性好、快速简便的特点,适合环境检测中污泥中可溶性氟化物的快速检测。
A new method for the determination of soluble fluoride in sewage sludge samples was developed by ion chromatography. The results indicated that the method has good accuracy and precision. The linear range was 0-10.0mg·L^-1. The detect limit(DL)was 0.025mg·L^-1. The relative standard deviation(RSD)was below 2.0% with 96.0%-102% recovery. The proposed method has well stability, rapid analytical speed and easy operation for envi-ronmental analysis such as the determination of soluble fluoride in sewage sludge samples with satisfactory results.
