摘要
介绍了甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷的几种主要合成方法:格氏试剂法、钠缩合法和醇解法,并对各种工艺的优缺点进行了讨论,不同的使用需求可以采用不同的合成方法。格氏试剂法合成的甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷质量较好,可用于电子产品方面的封装材料。掌握好格氏试剂法生产工艺的危险控制点有利于该法的规模化生产。
Several kinds of synthesis methods of methyl phenyl dimethoxy silane method, such as Grignard reagent method, sodium condensation method and alcoholysis method,were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of their methods were discussed. The different use requirements can be required using different synthetic methods. In the field of electronics packaging materials, methyl phenyl dimethoxy silane produced by Grignard reagent method was selected being better quality. Solving the danger of Grignard process control points is beneficial to the scale production of methyl phenyl dimethoxy silane.
