摘要
本研究介绍了烟台市套子湾污水处理厂排海管道工程,分析了污水深水排放净化的计算过程,利用紊动射流理论和对流-扩散输运模型分析选划排污混合区.研究表明:烟台市套子湾污水处理厂二期工程的排海管道铺设不改变海域自然属性;污水排放口与污水达标排放区位于芝罘岛北特殊利用区,其位置和面积都符合山东省海洋功能区划要求.
A discharging sea pipeline engineering of Taizi Bay sewage treatment plant in Yantai is introduced.The calculating process is carried out to analysis sewage deep emissions. Sewage mixed zone is selected and determined using the theory of turbulent jet flow and convection- diffusion transport model. Results showed that the sea pipeline layout of the second phase of Taozi Bay sewage treatment plant in Yantai do not change the sea nature. Both the sewage outlet and wastewater discharging standard area are located in the northern special utilizing area of the Zhifu Island. Their location and area meet the requirements of the marine functional zoning of Shandong province.
