竖窑燃烧梁汽化冷却工艺探讨

Discussion on evaporative cooling process of combustion beam in shaft kiln

国内梁式竖窑保有量较多,梁式竖窑大多都采用导热油进行冷却,导热油冷却能耗高、成本高,更主要的是大量的热通过散热器排空浪费。本文根据梁式竖窑生产工艺及使用要求提出了燃烧梁的直接汽冷新工艺,将锅炉换热原理引用到竖窑燃烧梁的生产工艺当中,实现梁汽冷的同时直接产生饱和或过热蒸汽输出。该工艺在实现节能减排的同时实现热利用,具有实际应用价值。

There are so many beam type shaft kilns in China,and most of them are cooled by heat transfer oil. This cooling method is of high consumption and high cost,but the important thing is that too much heat is discharged directly into air by radiators. Based on beam type shaft kiln production process and its operating requirements,the paper proposes a new direct steam cooling process and introduces boiler heat transfer principle into the production process of combustion beam,which realizes beam evaporative cooled and produces saturated or superheated steam output at the same time. This process has practical application value because of energy conservation and emission reduction and heat utilization.
