Research on the Cost Management System Construction of Construction Business Based on Project Group Management

当前,建筑群已成为建筑领域广受青睐的建筑结构形式,但是对项目群管理措施的研究资料十分有限。本文基于项目群管理理论的分析,构建项目群管理背景下工程成本管理体系,提出规范有效的成本管理措施,并运用实践研究丰富项目群成本管理理论,为现代建筑工程项目成本管理提供可靠依据。

At present, group of buildings have become popular, but research data about the project group management measures is very limited. This paper based on the analysis of management theory, constructed engineering cost management system under the background of project group management, proposed specific and effective cost management measures, and used practice research to enrich the project group cost management theory, in order to provide a reliable basis for modern construction project group cost management.
