钢筋网架锚喷支护技术的研究与应用

摘要 袁庄煤矿作为一个已经开采50多年的老矿来讲,庞大的巷修工程量一直是困扰着煤矿人的一个难题。钢筋网架锚喷支护采用主、被动相结合的支护形式,能有效地控制围岩的变形,合理分解围岩应力,使支护效果达到最佳。可大大减少巷修工程量,延长巷修周期,有效地缓解了巷修成本投入过高、占用人力资源过多、巷修安全风险过大等一系列问题。 Yuanzhuang Coal Mine is an old mine for more than 50 years, a huge amount of roadway repair project has been a problem for coal mine workers. The supporting form of the combination of the main and the passive is used in the reinforcement of the steel truss anchor and shotcrete support. It can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock, reasonably decompose the stress of surrounding rock and make the supporting effect better. It also can greatly reduce the amount of roadway maintenance, extend the repair cycle of roadway maintenance, effectively ease the high cost of roadway repair, the large number of manpower, high risks of roadway maintenance repair security and other problems.
