摘要
《预算绩效评价共性指标体系框架》的出台,为城市基础设施建设项目绩效评价指标的构建提供了指引,然而实际开展绩效评价工作还需对该文件给出的指标体系进行进一步完善。在实践经验的基础上,结合文献研究内容,对财政部给出的绩效评价指标进行了补充与细化,达到完善绩效评价指标的目的。
The Common Framework of Indicators System in Budget Performance Evaluation provides the guidance for establishing indicators of perfor^nance evaluation in urban infrastructure construction. However, in practice, the indicators system given by the document should be further improved before application. This paper, based on the practical experience and relevant literature, added and refined the indicators to improve the indicators of performance evaluation in urban infrastructure construction.
