摘要 IPD模式因其将建设项目团队成员的知识和能力进行集成,可提高效率,节约投资,成为了建设项目交付的一种主流趋势。本文基于IPD模式理论,针对工程项目信任机制为利益相关方提供了"行为路线"。研制结果表明,将IPD模式应用于建筑工程项目的集成管理是合理的。 IPD mode integrates knowledge and ability of the team members of the construction project, improving efficiency, saving investment, and has become a mainstream trend of construction project delivery. Based on IPD theory, according to the project trust mechanism, this paper provides ＂course of action＂ for the stakeholders. The results show that it is reasonable to apply the IPD model to the integrated management of the construction project.
