新时期国有石化企业思想政治工作探析

On the Ideological and Political Work of State-owned Petrochemical Enterprises in the New Period

随着我国现代化建设进程的加快,受制于国际石油市场的跌宕起伏,国有石油化工企业也进入到了一个全新的发展阶段。新形势下国有石化企业员工思想政治工作是企业建设的核心,重视思想政治工作与实现企业发展目标存在着重要关联。本文通过分析研究有效的企业员工思想政治教育工作方法,呼吁石油化工企业思想政治工作的加强与改进,使之更符合人们思想和行为活动的基本规律,从而以期为国有石化企业发展贡献力量。

With the accelerated process of China＇s modernization, being subject to the ups and downs of the international oil market, state-owned petrochemical enterprises have entered a new stage of development. Under the new situation, the ideological and political workof state-owned petrochemical enterprises is the core of enterprise construction, and there is an important correlation to attention to the ideological and political work and the realization of enterprise development goals. This paper through the analysis of effective employees＇ ideological and political education method, calls for strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of petrochemical enterprises, to make it more in line with the basic laws of people＇s thinking and behavior activities, so as to contribute to the development of state-owned petrochemical enterprises.
