摘要
文章的撰写来自于对华东五市六座不同博物馆导向信息设计考察后的思考。文章认为,这些博物馆虽然性质各异、功能有别,但在社会性、传播性、教育性这些公共空间应承载的责任方面有着共性,换句话说,他们有着共同的服务对象——受众。博物馆导向信息设计不能仅从自我的角度对信息内容进行选择,还应转换视角,从受众认知出发来组织和管理视觉信息,这才是服务型社会公共空间信息设计所应遵循的原则。
This paper is a result of thinking based on the observation and study of guiding information design at six different museums in five cities of Eastern China .Despite the various natures and different functions of these museums, this paper believes they are similar in terms of their responsibilities as a public space—soci-ality, communication, and education.In other words, they have a common service object—the audience.In the design of museum guiding information , designers and managers should not only choose information con-tent from their own perspective , but also shift their perspective so as to organize and manage visual informa-tion from the point of view of the audience .This is the principle to be observed in the design of public space information in a service -oriented society.
