摘要 备课是教师教学活动的核心环节之一,关系着课堂教学的顺利、有效进行.以Z市3个不同层次的区(金水区、中原区、高新区)和一个县级市(登封市)的1513名初中教师为研究对象,从备课目的、备课依据、备课形式、备课时间4个维度来分析初中教师的备课现状.研究发现:初中教师备课知行不一,难以将“关注学生”理念付诸实践;不同背景条件下的教师备课形式差异明显;过半教师平均每天的备课时间在1.5小时以上.基于此,建议初中教师在备课实践中要关注学生;加强备课过程中教师间、学科间、市域内城乡学校间的合作;提高备课时间的有效性. Lesson preparation,one of the core parts of teacher’s teaching activities,is strongly related to conducting class successfully and effectively.Based on 1 5 1 3 investigated teachers in Z city,the re-search aims to analyze the status of teachers’lesson preparation from four dimensions,the purpose, evidence,form and time of teachers’lesson preparation.The research results show that the disunity of knowing and doing is commonly seen in teachers’lesson preparation and it is difficult to put the idea"focus on students"into practice;the formal differences of teachers’lesson preparation under different conditions are obvious;more than half of the teachers spend over 1 .5 hours a day on average to pre-pare lessons.Based on these,the suggestions are given that teachers should focus on students in les-son preparation practice,promote cooperation between teachers,subj ects and schools and improve the efficiency of the time spent in preparing lessons.
