印度教师教育的发展特征与变革走向

摘要 印度教师教育受其传统哲学以及社会和文化传统的影响较深,继1947年摆脱英国殖民统治后,在探求自身的教师教育价值取向,努力构建适合本国国情的教师教育体系的道路上经历了漫长、曲折的发展过程。虽然目前它的教师教育体系并不比发达国家先进,但是作为发展中国家,其教师教育在发展过程中形成的目标明确、机构职能明确、课程框架完善、实施手段先进等特点却更能引起我们的思考。随着社会的发展和科技的进步,印度还将进一步突出教师发展职业化的理念、强化在职培训项目的有效性、提升评价认证机制的合理性、增强理论研究的实证性。 Indian teacher education is deeply influenced by its philosophical,social and cultural back-ground,and after independence in 1947,it has a long tortuous history development process to find their own value orientation of the teacher education,striving to build the typical system of teacher ed-ucation which is suited to its national conditions.Although it is not more advanced or perfect than the teacher education system of the developed countries,but as a developing country,its outstanding characteristic in the teacher education and the reform experience can bring us some enlightenment. With the development of the society and the progress of science and technology,India will further en-hance its professionalism in teacher education,improve the efficiency of training program,promote the reasonability of evaluation mechanism and increase the positivism of theoretical research.
