生态红线是我国近年来提出的全新概念,也是环境保护的一个重大转变。随着认识和实践的不断深入,生态保护红线制度逐渐成为国家全面推进生态文明建设的一项基本战略部署。湖北省作为首批试点省份,根据本省具体情况进行了生态红线划定的相关工作。文章从湖北省生态保护红线的提出入手,分析其特点与目前面临的挑战,探讨了湖北省实行生态红线制度的对策。

The ecological red line has been put forward as a new concept in recent years in our country,which is also a major shift of environmental protection. With the further deepening of cognitive practice,ecological red line system gradually has become a national and basic strategic deployment to promote ecological civilization construction. Hubei,as the first batch of pilot provinces,has conducted relevant work of designate of the ecological red line according to the specific situation. In terms of ecological red line of Hubei,the paper analyzes its characteristics and current challenges,and explores corresponding countermeasures.
