On Self- Cleaning Mechanism of Fact Judgment in Network Public Opinion

网络舆情夹杂着事实判断扭曲的现象,主要由主客观两大原因所导致。除了网络监管机构的外部矫正策略外,网络舆情自身具有针对事实判断扭曲的"自清洁"功能,它通过事实信息误解类、事实信息曲解类、事实信息歪曲类、事实信息割裂类、事实信息失真类以及事实信息"肢解"类六大"自清洁"机制来达到对事实判断扭曲消解的目的,为营造健康的网络环境提供了一种新的宝贵思路。

The distorted phenomenon that the network public opinion is mingled with fact judgment is mainly caused by one subjective reason and one objective reason. Except for the external rectifying strategies of network regulators,the network public opinion itself has the self- cleaning function to judge the distortion according to the fact. It achieves the aim to smash the distortion of the fact judgment by the six ＂ self- cleaning＂ mechanisms of the factual information misunderstanding,the factual information misinterpretation,the factual information distortion,the factual information isolation,the lack of factual information fidelity and the factual information dismemberment,which provides new and valuable thoughts for creating a healthy network environment.
