我国网络慈善发展的困境及对策

Research on Dilemma and Countermeasures of Net- Charity in China

网络慈善是慈善的一种新形式,它以其形式的灵活性弥补了传统慈善事业形式僵化的不足,促进了我国整个慈善事业的发展。我国网络慈善目前还存在诈捐和骗捐行为、法制约束力较弱、道德绑架现象以及网络慈善组织公信力缺失等问题。为此,必须完善相关法律法规,约束和规范网络慈善行为;规范网络伦理道德,净化网络慈善环境;规范网络组织运作,提高网络组织公信力。

The net- charity is a new form,which is flexible to make up for the ossification of traditional charity and promote the development of the whole philanthropy. There is a sum of problems in current online charity in China,including donation fraud and cheat donate,weak legal binding,moral coercion and lack of credibility of philanthropy organizations. To solve the problems mentioned above,it is suggested to perfect laws and regulations,constraint the behavior of net- charity,standardize the network ethics and network organization operation,purify the environment of net- charity,and improve the credibility of network organizations.
