功能基因在皮肤微生物群落分析中的应用

摘要 使用16S rRNA基因可变区分析皮肤微生物群落时存在一定的不足,需要开发一些功能基因引物对其进行补充。在分析皮肤微生物群落中细菌的优势种属的基础上,设计并筛选了3对扩增功能基因的引物,并将之应用于较大规模样本的皮肤微生物群落特征分析中。新设计的引物不仅能够将细菌准确地鉴定到种这一层级,而且也能实现对不同样品间的微生物群落结构特征进行比较。新设计的引物在皮肤微生物群落的分析中取得了较好的效果,有较好的应用前景。 To design universal primer pairs to amplify functional genes as complement. Three pairs of primers were selected based on analysis of dominate genera on human skin. Then they were all used to analyze palm skin from volunteers. Results showed that these primer pairs were effective for both species identification and community structure analysis for skin microbiome. These functional genes are very promising in skin microbiome analysis.
