Efficacy of CT-guided low temperature plasma nucleus pulposus ablation combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of contained lumbar disc herniation

摘要 目的观察CT引导等离子消融髓核成形术联合医用三氧注射治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法经临床及CT和MRI检查确诊为包容性腰椎间盘突出症患者75例,行CT引导等离子消融髓核成形术联合医用三氧注射治疗,比较其治疗前、术后1周、1个月、3个月时疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),并使用MacNab疗效评定标准对术后3个月时治疗结果的优良率进行评价。结果治疗后各时间点VAS评分均较术前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。术后3个月时的优良率为85.3%(64/75例),有效率为92.0%(69/75例)。结论CT引导等离子消融髓核成形术联合医用三氧注射是治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症有效和安全的方法。 Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of CT-guided low temperature plasma nucleus pulposus ablation nucleoplasty with radiofrequency combined with medical ozone injection in treating patients with contained lumbar disc herniation. Methods Seventy-five patients with lumbar disc herniation confirmed by CT or MR] were recruited in the study. YAS was recorded to evaluate the pain degree at pre-treatment and at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months after the treatment. Modified MacNab criteria was applied to estimate the rate of excellent and good effect at 3 months after the treatment. Results There were statistically significant decreases (P〈 0.01 ) in VAS for all post-treatment time points when compared with the pre-treatment values. The excellent and good rate was 85.3% (64/75 cases), the effective rate was 92.0% (69/75 cases). Conclusion CT- guided low temperature plasma nucleus pulposus ablation nucleoplasty combined with medical ozone injection is an effective and safe technique for treating contained lumbar disc herniation.
