摘要
为减轻肛门手术的术后疼痛，建立一种安全、操作简单、易推广的疼痛治疗方案，以使患者术中及术后疼痛感减轻，降低术后并发症的发生率，从而改善患者手木至康复的生活质量。本文从中西医方面对肛肠病术后镇痛方法进行总结归纳，以便于临床医生选择。
To develop a safe, simple and clinically promoting pain control protocol that reduces the level of pain, the occurrence of complications and side effects is very important during and after the anal and rectal surgery, so as to ultimately improve the quality of life for the patients during recovery. Different methods of postoperative analgesia in anorectal disease are reviewed in this paper from the aspects of traditional Chinese and western medicine in order to facilitate the choice for clinical doctors.
