On Investigation Informatization of Duty Crime

在检察机关侦查职务犯罪中,信息化工作的重要性日益凸显。从职务犯罪侦查需求看,检察机关面临着情报工作缺乏规划、取证程序不够完善、匮乏一专多能人才、信息数据审查采信难度较大等制度性和技术性问题。检察机关应研发建设职务犯罪电子信息情报系统,进一步规范职务犯罪电子数据取证审查程序,加强侦查主体信息化能力建设和硬件配备,同时防控好信息化侦查的风险。

The importance of informatization work has become increasingly prominent in duty crime investigations in procuratorial organs. Upon the demand of duty crime investigation,they are facing some difficulties in system and technology such as intelligence work lack of planning,imperfect forensics program,the lack of expert and difficulty in examining information data examine. Procuratorial organs should construct an electronic information system of duty crime,further standardize the electronic data forensics and examination procedures,strengthen the investigative informatization capacity and hardware construction,preventing and controlling the informatization investigation risks.
