自体表皮移植联合中医药治疗白癜风的荟萃分析

A meta-analysis on efficacy of autologous epidermal grafting plus traditional Chinese medicine for vitiligo

目的比较自体表皮移植联合中药与自体表皮移植单用治疗白癜风的治疗效果。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知识资源总库（CNKI）、中文科技期刊数据库（重庆维普）、中国学术期刊数据库（万方数据）、中国生物医学文献数据库（Sino Med）。纳入比较自体表皮移植联合中药与自体表皮移植单用治疗白癜风的治疗有效率的随机对照试验。结果纳入研究6项,共1 212例患者。自体表皮移植联合中药组的治疗有效率优于自体表皮移植单用对照组[相对危险度=1.26,95%可信区间：1.04~1.53,P〈0.10]。结论自体表皮移植联合中药治疗白癜风的效果优于单用自体表皮移植。

Objective To evaluate the treatment efficacy of autologous epidermal grafting plus traditional Chinese medicine for vitiligo. Methods This meta-analysis was performed by searching databases of Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI）,VIP database（ VIP）,Wan Fang Data,and Chinese biomedical literature database（ Sino Med）. The randomized controlled trials compared the treatment efficacy between autologous epidermal grafting plus traditional Chinese medicine and autologous epidermal grafting in patients with vitiligo. Results Six trials were analyzed, including 1 212 vitiligo patients. The results showed that effective rate of autologous epidermal grafting plus traditional Chinese medicine was better than autologous epidermal grafting [relative risk（ RR） = 1. 26,95% CI： 1. 04-1. 53,P 〈 0. 10]. Conclusion Autologous epidermal grafting plus traditional Chinese medicine was more effective than autologous epidermal grafting for treating patients with vitiligo.
