新形势下云南边境民族地区未成年人滥用合成毒品问题初探——基于西双版纳州景洪市强制隔离戒毒所一个个案的研究

ON SYNTHETIC DRUGS ABUSE PROBLEMS BY JUVENILES IN BORDER MINORITY AREAS OF YUNNAN PROVINCE UNDER THE NEW SITUATION——A CASE STUDY FROM JINGHONG REHIBILITATION AND DETOXIFICATION CENTER OF XISHUANGBANA AUTONOMOUS PREFECTURE

目前,云南禁毒工作面临境外冰毒渗透加剧、境内吸食冰毒人员增长难控等严重问题,云南边境民族地区已成为以冰毒为代表的合成毒品危害的重灾区。本文通过对西双版纳州吸食合成毒品的未成年人个案研究,分析了新形势下云南边境民族地区未成年人滥用合成毒品问题的特点及其原因,并提出了一些建议。

Currently, Yunnan anti - drug work is facing increasing penetration of ice outside the territory of methamphetamine staff grew serious problems such as difficult to control, Yunnan border region has become the nation hardest hit with ice as the representative of synthetic drugs harm. Through case study of minors taking synthetic drugs in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan border ethnic regions, we analyzed the characteristics of abuse of synthetic drugs and the reasons under the new situation, and made some recommendations.
