摘要
大学生创新创业训练计划经费管理作为其项目实施的重要组成部分,在实际管理和使用中存在多种问题。针对在项目经费审核、预算、报销、备案中出现的普遍问题,提出了具体解决的措施和建议。
As an important part of the project implementation, the project funds management of college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship training has many problems in practice management and use. Aiming at the general problems in the project budget review, budget, reimbursement and filing, this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures and advice.
