随着经济下行压力增大,大学毕业生总量不断增多,就业形势日益严峻,给高校就业部门带来新的课题,文章围绕提高大学生就业满意度,重点研究大学生就业指导的内容、形式、方法等,提出促进大学生满意就业的若干实践做法。

With the decline of the economic pressure, the number of undergraduates is increasing, which leads to the severe employment situation at present. Now this problem challenges the employment department in the university. The article is center for the employment satisfaction of undergraduates and the important point is to study the employment instruction including its content, form, method and so on in order to put forward some practical measures.
