基因工程课程在乐山师范学院的改革探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 基因工程已成为当今社会迅速发展的高新技术之一,基因工程课程是高校为了培养现代生物人才而开设的一门重要专业课程。然而,地方本科师范院校的资源和平台不具有优势,在这种情况下如何因地制宜地开展相应的课程改革,做到提高基因工程课程教学质量和增强课程特色是地方本科师范院校基因工程教育工作者应该思考的问题。近年来,作者在教学内容和教学方法上对基因工程课程进行了改革探索,对于切实地方本科师范院校基因工程课程的教学效果有一定的借鉴作用。 Genetic Engineering has become a fast-growing high-technology in today's society, and is an importam professional course for cultivating modern talents in universities. However, the local undergraduate normal university has no advantage because of the absence of resources and platforms, in such a case, how to carry out teaching reform, improve the teaching quality and enhance course features of the genetic engineering course in local undergraduate normal university is worth considering for the education Workers engaged in genetic engineering. In recent years, some reforms have been explored in the areas of teaching contents and methods for the genetic engineering course, having a certain reference value for the improving of teaching effect for the course.
