MBA教育改革探索与实践——以浙江工业大学为例

教学实践是MBA教育的重要环节,充分的、高质量的教学实践也是MBA教育质量的重要保证。文章主要结合浙江工业大学MBA发展的特点,探讨MBA的培养定位,基于结合区域经济的发展思路,通过完善培养目标、进行课程改革、创新项目分类等教育改革措施积极构建MBA教育的培养模式。

Teaching practice is an important link of MBA Education, adequate and high quality teaching practice is also an important guarantee for the quality of MBA education. This paper mainly combines the characteristics of the development of MBA in Zhejiang University of Technology, discusses the cultivation orientation of MBA Education, based on the combination of regional economic development ideas, through the measures such as improve the training objectives, curriculum reform, project classification and so on to construct the training mode of MBA Education.
