人力资源管理专业教学模式改革探讨 被引量:5

摘要 人力资源管理专业教学模式改革目前主要存在体验式、嵌入式、ATDE和PBL四种形式,尚未充分破解结构化教学观念的束缚,对校企合作共推职业教育存在很大的认识误区,专业课程教学体系还不够成熟。要实施人才共育,完善校企合作,增强理解共识和工作合力,引导帮助学生在学习实践一体化环境中有效提升专业知识素质和实操技能水平。 Four main kinds of exploring in the reformation of teaching mode in human resource management, which are experiential learning, embedded learning, asking-thinking-doing-evaluating combined learning, and prob- lem-based learning, cannot deal with the obstruction from constructive teaching theory effectively, still reflect much misunderstanding about professional education on basis of colleges" cooperation with corporations, and are not supported by the completely improved professional curricula system. So, it is indispensable to enhance the cooperative education and training of talents, improve the collaboration between colleges and corporations on professional education, propel the common understanding and actions for purpose of guiding as well as helping the college students to perfect their professional knowledge and practical skills under the circumstances, where the learning and the practice are integrated completely.
