浅谈高职学生法治教育在专业实践教学中的渗透

专业实践教学是高职院校开展和实施法治教育的重要途径,有利于增强法治教育的针对性、实践性和开放性,在专业实践教学中应融合和渗透法治教育。目前,高职院校对于在专业实践教学中开展法治教育还不够重视,存在许多问题。高职院校应从以下几方面加强法治教育在专业实践教学中的渗透:梳理专业实践课程涉及的法治教育知识点,增强教育的系统性和针对性;在实践教学过程中,培养学生遵纪守法和依法办事的意识,增强教育的实践性和有效性;有效利用行业教育资源,增强教育的开放性和协同性;把法治教育开展情况纳入实践教学质量的评价和考核,增强法治教育在实践教学环节有序实施的长效性和稳定性。

Professional practice teaching is the important way to carry out and implement the rule of law education in higher vocational colleges, to strengthen the pertinence, practicality and openness of the rule of law education and the rule of law education should be integrated and penetratedin professional practice teaching. At present, higher vocational colleges haven＇t paid enough attention to implementing the rule of law education in professional practice teaching, there are a number of problems. Higher vocational colleges should strengthen penetration of professional practice teaching in the rule of law education from the following several aspects： combing the knowledge of the rule of law education in professional practice course, enhancing the pertinence and systematization of education; cultivating ＇students to be consciously law-abiding and act by lawin the process of practice teaching, enhancing the practicality and effectiveness of education, effectively utilizing education resources, strengthening the open and collaborative education; putting the development of the rule of law education into the examination and evaluation of practice teaching quality, strengthening the rule of law education in the practice teaching link and orderly implementation of long-term and stability.
