提升西部地区民族地方高校思政专业学生就业竞争力的思考与实践

针对民族地方高校思政专业学生就业所面临的挑战,结合民族地方院校学生状况、建立与民族地方院校学生状况相适应的培养方案与课程体系,并把培养方案贯彻于日常管理中,在保证专业特色的同时,在特色课程教学环节(课堂教学、实践教学)个性化地打造学生的能力与专长,使学生在知识、能力及信息获取等多个层面得以提升,从而拓展学生的就业能力及就业路径。

Aimed at the challenge faced by graduates from Ideological and Political Education major and com- bined with the status quo of it, the thesis is intended to find a way to extend students＇ employment ability and approaches via constructing the training program and curriculum system adapting to students of local universities for nationalities. Meanwhile, training program is implemented in daily administration. It is expected to personally forge the students＇ ability and specialty in unique courses teaching process like classroom and practical teaching apart from ensuring the professional characteristics. Furthermore, the students are promoted in many aspects such as knowledge, ability and information acquisition.
