摘要
供给侧改革,就是从供给、生产端入手,通过解放生产力,提升竞争力促进经济发展。高校的供给侧改革正在逐步落实,普通本科院校正逐渐转向应用性人才的培养,以实现社会人才的有效供给。对于本科院校学前教育专业的男生来讲,以往的培养模式存在专业定位模糊、实施主体单一、课程设置不佳、评估、反馈缺乏等问题。因此,通过学习与把握供给侧改革的核心与内涵,利用多种途径进行专业定位、定向合作、弹性设置课程,及时评估效果等方式改进本科院校学前教育男教师的培养很有必要。
Supply-front reforms means to promote economic development and enhance competitiveness from the supply side by liberating the productivity. The "Supply-front reforms" in universities is being gradually implement- ed, local universities havegradually turned to train the practical talents, which in order to achieve effective supply of social talents. For the male students of preschool education in universities, previous professional training mode has some questions such as fuzzy positioning, implementation of single subject, invalid curriculum evaluation, lack- ing of feedback. Therefore, It is necessary to improve the quality of male students of preschool education in univer- sities through grasping the core and connotation of the "Supply-front reforms", utilizing a variety of approaches to make professional orientation and directional resilient curriculum, and timely assessing the effect.
