地方高校青年教师教学力构成及其现状分析

青年教师是新建地方本科院校师资队伍的重要组成,其教学能力和职业水平高低对学校教学质量和人才培养水平具有重要影响。文章介绍了教学力概念,比较分析了不同分类体系下的教师教学力要素构成,并从教师教学有效性角度,阐述了新建地方本科院校青年教师教学力构成及各要素间相互关系,最后分析了地方高校青年教师教学力现状,以期为有效提升青年教师教学能力和职业发展水平提供有益参考。

Young teachers are an important part of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities teachers, their teaching ability and professional level are closely related to the educational quality of the school and the level of personnel training. This paper introduces the concept of teaching ability, and compares and analyzes the constituent elements under the different classification system with the viewpoint of teachers＂ teaching effectiveness, expounds the four essential elements and their interrelationship of teaching abilities of young teachers in newly-built local undergraduate college and university. At the end, the situation of teaching abilities of youth teachers in local universities and colleges are analyzed, hoping to provide useful reference for effective promotion of young teachers＂ teaching ability and professional development level.
