高职院校课堂教学问题分析

高职院校旨在培养服务、管理、建设第一线的高素质技能人才,而课堂教学效果因为教学进度紧张,教师队伍变动频繁,学生生源复杂等原因一直处于不尽理想的状态,学生课堂纪律散漫,玩手机,昏昏欲睡现象比比皆是,针对种种现象发现问题进行分析。
