本文重点阐述《大学英语教学指南》第6章"教学方法与手段"和第7章"教学资源"中相关段落的要义及宗旨,以帮助大学英语教师充分理解文本内容,并为各个高校制定校本大学英语教学大纲和安排教学活动提供指导。教学方法、手段、资源的改革将成为大学英语教学改革的重点之一,而改革成效取决于高校个性化教学大纲的制定实施以及教师的参与配合。

This article interprets in detail the main ideas and purposes of the paragraphs in Chapter 6 ＂Teaching Methods and Means＂ and Chapter 7 ＂Teaching Resources＂ from the Guidelines on College English Teaching, which is intended to help college English teachers have a full understanding of the texts and provide guidance for colleges in developing college-based English teaching syllabi and making teaching arrangements. It is concluded that the reform of college English teaching methods, means and resources would be one of the reform priorities in the future, and the effectiveness of the reform depends much more upon the development and implementation of individualized syllabi and the active participation of teachers.
