摘要
语类教学法是在课堂教学中运用语类分析的方法,它能帮助学生更好地理解并创作符合特定语类惯例的语篇。鉴于目前国内外仅有少数研究关注语类教学法在英语口语教学中的应用,本研究以系统功能语言学的语类结构潜势理论为基础,探讨大学英语口语教学中的语类教学法应用及其效果。教学实验结果初步表明,语类教学法有助于提高大学生的英语口语水平。
The generic structure potential theory provides a solid theoretical basis for the application of the genre- based teaching approach to help students understand and write discourses under particular genre conventions. As there are few studies focusing on the application of the genre-based approach to spoken English teaching at home and abroad, this study attempts to use the genre-based approach to teach college spoken English. The preliminary results show that the approach is effective in improving students' English speaking proficiency.
