“民主革命”界说:一项基于近代中国情境的概念史考察

Defining “Democratic Revolution”:A Conceptual History Study Based on Modern Chinese Context

在中国近代史上,"民主革命"一词是一个有着特定内涵的独立概念。本文从概念史的视角入手考察分析,认为:"民主革命"最早作为"资产阶级(民主)革命"的简称形式被国人所认知;接着,由于民族革命浪潮的兴起,中国语境中的"民主革命"术语开始超越其阶级革命的基本范畴,获得"国民革命"的很多含义;最后,毛泽东系统提出新民主主义理论,并将其作为中国社会性质的概括,中国政治情境中的"民主革命"又通过"新"与"旧"这一对范畴重新进行了界定。

In Modern Chinese History, the term of ＂ Democratic Revolution＂, is an independent concept with specific meanings. This article is to study the history of ＂Democratic Revolution＂ an a concept. After study, we find that the term of ＂Democratic Revolution＂ was firstly known as the abbreviation of the term of ＂Bourgeois- Democratic Revolution＂ by the Chinese. Then, due to the rise of the national revolution, the term of ＂Democratic Revolution＂ in Chinese context began beyond its basic class revolution category and obtained many meanings from the term of ＂National Revolution＂. Finally, Mao Zedong put forward the ＂Neo-Democratic＂ theory as the summary of the nature of Chinese society, and the term of ＂Democratic Revolution＂ in Chinese context was defined again through the category of ＂New＂ and ＂Old＂.
