腰椎间盘突出MRI与CT诊断的应用的价值分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨MRI与CT用于诊断腰椎间盘突出的效果及其应用价值。方法选取2014年12月至2015年12月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出患者54例作为研究对象,分别进行MRI和CT诊断,随后经手术验证。分析比较两种方法的诊断结果与手术符合的情况。结果与手术结果相比,MRI组总体符合率为94.44%,CT组总体符合率为83.33%,MRI检查准确率显著高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出MRI的诊断准确率高、效果好,但其具有扫描时间长、价格高的缺点。因此,临床医生应结合实际情况选择最合适的手段进行诊断,来提高诊断准确性率。
