摘要
沈阳茂业中心主塔楼高度311m,为钢管混凝土外框+劲性核心筒结构体系。为了实现超高钢管混凝土泵送顶升浇筑工艺的控制,从钢管混凝土配制、泵送压力控制与管路设计、泵送顶升截流装置设计以及钢管壁应力实时监控几个关键技术着手,既确保了施工质量,同时又兼顾了操作的便利性和施工速度。
The main tower of Shenyang Maoye Center is 311-meter high, with the structural system of concrete filled steel tube frame + reinforced core tube.In order to achieve controls over pump-transporting, lifting and pouring technology for ultra-high concrete filled steel tube, a series of key technologies have been applied to the construction, such as steel tube concrete preparation, pumping pressure control and pipeline design, pumping and lifting interception device design, and real-time monitoring of stress on steel tube wall, which not only have ensured the construction quality, but also have given considerations to easy operation and construction speed.
