促进我国经济社会绿色发展需要充分应用市场机制,交通运输行业也不例外。合同能源管理、碳交易、绿色金融等正成为我国绿色发展进程中加快探索应用的市场机制。本文拟基于以上机制的发展动态,提出交通运输行业应用各项机制的策略及关键保障条件,并对应用前景进行展望。

The promotion of green development in China＇s economy and society requires full application of market mechanisms. The transportation industry is no exception. Contract energy management, carbon trading and green finance are becoming the market mechanisms to accelerate the probe into application in the process of China＇s green development. Based on the development trends of the above mechanisms, the thesis proposes the strategies and key security conditions for the application of the various mechanisms in transport industry and speculates on the potential application prospects.
