摘要
研究目的:针对站台雨棚结构体系布置,设计了一类变截面柱异型节点,为使该节点具有良好的受力性能,对其构造布置进行多方案优选,并利用ABAQUS对钢结构异型节点进行非线性有限元分析,通过对比几种不同截面形式及连接方式对节点受力性能的影响,给出不同圆钢管混凝土柱端板的厚度及其内置加劲肋的高度,改变加劲肋的布置角度等几种方案,对上部方钢管及下部圆钢管混凝土柱的受力进行分析。研究结论:(1)端板的厚度、加劲肋的高度合理取值、加劲肋的布置方向与受力较大梁连接的管壁对齐,可满足节点受力要求;(2)节点设计自由度大,外形设计容易满足建筑造型要求;(3)节点的强度、局部稳定和节点的变形满足设计规范;(4)通过合理设置节点壁厚、内加劲肋等,可有效降低应力、增强节点刚度、避免局部变形,满足设计要求;(5)所设计的异型节点可用于同类雨棚的设计中。
Research purposes: For the structure layout of platform canopy, a class of variable cross section columnabnormal joints has been designed. In order to make the joints have good mechanical performance, many plans for thestructural arrangement are optimized, non -linear finite element analysis of a steel abnormal joint was performed usingABAQUS computation program. By comparing several different cross section forms and influence of connection way onthe mechanical performance of the joints, the thickness of different round steel tube concrete column end plates andheight of internal reinforced rib are offered, the stress analysis of the upper square steel tube and lower round steel tubeconcrete columns is performed.Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The thickness of end plate, the reasonable value of height of reinforced rib and thearrangement direction of reinforced ribs are aligned with the pipe wall stress which is much higher, and it can meet therequirements of the joint. (2)The shape of the cast - steel joint shape can meet the requirements of architecturalmodeling because of the big freedom. (3) The strength, local stability and deformation of joints can meet the designcode. (4) The stress can be reduced, the joint stiffness can be enhanced and the local deformation of the joint can beavoided by reasonably setting the wall thickness of the joint and the internal reinforced rib to meet the designrequirements. (5) The abnormal joints can be used for the design of similar canopy.
