摘要
曲轴滚压后的变形可简化为各个圆角滚压后的轴颈伸长量δ和曲柄弯曲偏转角θ的叠加。曲柄弯曲偏转角θ使曲轴产生弯曲,也会造成曲轴长度的变化。不同位置的轴颈滚压对曲轴整体变形作用的大小和方向不一样,但它具有系统确定性,可以根据这一原理来对曲轴进行滚压校直,或在工艺设计时,对不同轴颈甚至不同方向设定不同大小的滚压力,以使曲轴在滚压后获得最佳的变形效果。
The distortion in the rolled crankshaft could be simplified as δ plus θ where δ means the journal elongation value when each fillet is rolled while θ means the deflection angle of bent crank. Deflection angle of bent crank will lead to the bending of the crankshaft,it can also cause changes in the length of the crankshaft.Journal rolling at different positions will lead deformation action to the overall crankshaft both in size and orientation, but it possesses a system certainty, According to this theory, the rolled crankshaft could get an optimum deformation effect by straightening the crankshaft through rolling, or setting different rolling pressure to different journals even in different directions during process design.
