摘要 为了优化双基础泵组传动轴支撑结构,将双基础泵组按传动轴支撑形式划分为传统支撑方式和改进型支撑方式。分析了这两种支撑方式的优劣,从泵组可靠性、安装维修性、总体结构等方面进行了比较,提出了双基础泵组中间轴支撑的设计原则和方法。结果表明:双基础泵组支撑方式的改变,不仅使泵组更加紧凑,增加了泵站美观程度,减少土建工作量,还改善了泵组的维修性能和安装性能。采用泵传动轴外增加支撑管的结构设计,可以提高泵组的可靠性,对双基础泵组传动轴中间支撑的优化具有参考价值。 In order to optimize the support structure of pump transmission shaft with bases, the support form of the pump transmission shaft with dual base is divided into two i.e. the traditional support and the improved support. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these two support modes, and comparing the two modes in pump reliability, installation maintainability and overall structure, the design principle and mode that adopts the support of pump intermediate shaft with dual bases was proposed. The results show that :When the pump with dual bases changes its support mode, the pump is more compact in size, the aesthetic level of the pump set is increased, the workload of civil engineering is reduced, the maintainability and installation performances of the pump set is improved. The physical design of additional support tube outside of pump transmission shaft could improve the reliability of the pump and provide a reference value to optimize the intermediate support of pump transmission shaft with dual bases.
