民办高校基层党组织服务群众工作是马克思教育观的根本要求、是培养高素质人才的具体体现,是构建和谐校园,推动教育事业发展的现实需要。当前面临着环境、服务主体、服务对象变化所带来的新挑战,需要从思想意识、阵地建设、决策、沟通与协调、救助与帮扶、考核与评价等方面完善机制,推进民办高校服务群众工作上新台阶。

Private College basic party organization service to the people is the fundamental requirement of Marxist Conception of Education,a concrete embodiment of training high-quality talent,and a realistic need for building a harmonious campus and promoting the development of education. But the change environment,and service principal,and service objects bring new challenges,so it needs to improve the mechanism in terms of such aspects as ideological consciousness,front building,decision-making,communication and coordination,relief and assistance,assessment and evaluation so as to promote private college s’ serving-the-people work to a new level.
