Assessment and Suggestion on the Current Status of the Publicity of Procuratorial Work

我国检务公开经历了起步、发展、成熟三大阶段。以最高人民检察院《关于全面推进检务公开工作的意见》为标志,检务公开进入一个全新的发展阶段。调研表明,我国检务公开已经形成了比较完备的规范体系,取得了巨大的成就,人民群众总体上是满意的。但同时也存在一些问题,需要从统一规范性文件并出台正式立法、及时更新门户网站检务信息、合理扩大检务公开的范围、完善检务公开救济机制等方面加以完善。

The publicity of Chinese procuratorial work has undergone three stages: the primary stage,the boom stage and the mature stage. After the Supreme People's Procuratorate issued 'Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting Transparency of the Procuratorial Work',the publicity of procuratorial work entered a brand- new stage. Surveys show that the publicity of procuratorial work in our country has formed a relatively complete norm system,making a great achievement in practice. However,certain problems still exist and need to be improved by unifying normative documents,promulgating formal legislations,timely updating the information of procuratorial work on portal website,reasonably enlarging the openness scope of procuratorial work and improving relevant relief mechanisms.
