Dynamic updates and application mechanism of a city underground pipeline data

地下管线是城市基础设施的重要组成部分,通过建立和完善地下管线管理的相关措施,实现地下管线数据的动态更新,是城市管理者迫切需要解决的一个难题。文中首先归纳总结了国内各城市在完善地下管线管理机制中采取的各项措施;分析了地下管线数据动态更新管理中存在的一些问题;最后在地下管线现有的审批流程和普查工作的基础上,通过进一步加强地下管线探测管理和推动地下管线数据共享、应用,建立了一套完善的地下管线数据动态更新与应用机制。

Underground pipeline was an important part of urban infrastructure. Achieving the dynamic updates of the underground pipeline data was an urgent problem for urban management to solve through the establishment and im- provement of the relevant measures of the underground pipeline management. In the paper, firstly, measures were summarized adopted in improving the underground pipeline management mechanism in domestic cities. Existing problems in the management of underground pipeline data dynamic updates were analyzed. Finally, a set of perfect dynamic updates and application mechanism of the underground pipeline data was established on the basis of the existing approval process and the census work by further strengthening the underground pipeline detection management and promoting the sharing, and application of the ,underground pipeline data.
