摘要
在海洋资源的应用开发过程中,国内外对深海油气田的开发与投资力度逐年增大,我国深水开发工程设施也逐年增多。水下生产系统以其高效、低成本等特点已成为深水开发工程的主流开发模式。而水下电气接头与飞线作为深水开发设施水下生产系统中负责电力、控制以及通信传输的关键设备,该系统的设计与应用对整个工程的开发成本与安全运行起到了关键作用。该文通过研究水下电气接头以及飞线的相关设计原则与南海某气田工程的实际要求,对一系列的水下电气接头与飞线的选型进行研究,为今后水下电气接头的造型提供参考依据。
In the process of the application of the marine resources development and ocea- nographic science , both at internal and abroad for deep-sea development and investment in- creased year by year. As an important part of the subsea production engineering facilities, the subsea wet-mated electrical connectors system has been used in wide range of deepwater devel- opment project. By studying the oil filled seal forms and pressure balance principle of under water electrical connector and the actual requirements of a gas field in the south China sea, the selection of the international famous underwater electrical connector products was studied. This study provides reference for the selection of under water electric connectors.
