摘要 该文首先分析了FPSO(浮式生产储卸油装置)作为西非深水油气田开发装备的必要性,调研西非FPSO的系统组成和生产处理能力,研究西非海域海况特点,提出目标FPSO设计海况。其次阐述目标FPSO船型和主尺度设计时的考虑因素,分析西非FPSO总布置原则和关键区域布置要点。最后基于西非海况特点完成风生浪和涌浪共同作用下的运动响应预报,提出多点系泊方案并完成极限强度和疲劳强度的校核,从而提出一新型西非深水FPSO总体设计方案。 Firstly, the necessity for FPSO used in West Africa oil development was ana- lyzed. The system and process facility for FPSO used in West Africa was investigated. The sea state in West Africa and the design parameters for wind/wave/current were determined. Then, the vessel type and main dimension was illuminated. The general arrangement principle and design outline for special area was analyzed. The motion for numerical calculation which is based on wind wave and swell was compared with model test. The spread mooring system was designed and the mooring line strength was checked. At last,the general design for deepwater FPSO for West Africa was completed.
