单点系泊系统中FPSO与SPM之间跨接软管更换的工程实践

Engineering Practice of the Replacement of the Jumper Hose between FPSO and SPM in Single Point Mooring System

结合秦皇岛32-6油田更换FPSO与SPM之间跨接软管的实践经验,分析了更换跨接软管的3种方法:浮吊辅助法、驳船辅助法和绞车牵引法。并结合单点系泊系统的特点和各种方法的使用条件,最终选择了绞车牵引法。在国内此类工程案例较少,此次成功实施可为海上类似施工提供宝贵的经验。

Based on experiences of replacing the jumper hose between FPSO and SPM in QHD 32-6 oilfield, the floating crane aided method, the barge aided method and the winch hauling method are analyzed and the winch hauling method was chosen in this project accord- ing to the characteristics of single point mooring system and the service condition of each method. This success project can provide valuable experience for similar offshore construction in view of the rare experience of such cases in our country.
