摘要
介绍了一种大型结构物原位连续顶升与重量转移的工艺,并研制了一套试验样机,全程模拟连续顶升下降与重量转移的工艺。对大位移连续顶升系统的组成(控制系统、液压系统、传感器及支撑结构)进行了详细的分析介绍,对顶升系统内的闭环控制多点同步技术、安全控制技术及误差控制技术进行了研究。填补了国内大型结构物连续顶升与重量转移工艺的空白,使大型海洋平台采用低位建造方案成为可能,有重要的理论、应用价值和普遍的工程推广意义。
A kind of in situ continuous lifting and weight transfer technology applicable to the large-scale structure was introduced. And a suite of test prototype instrument was promo- ted to development and global simulate the in situ continuous lifting and weight transfer tech- nology. The system constitution such as control system, hydraulic system, sensors and sup- porting mechanism were introduced in detail and the closed-cycle multiple-point-synchro con- trol, safety control and error control technique were analyzed. The technology in this paper makes up for internal large-scaled structure in situ continuous lifting and weight transfer tech- nology. And make the low-position construction of large-scaled platform possible. It has im- portant theory and application value as well as widespread project promotion significance.
