摘要
某些大扭矩、大轧制力的钢种生产,比如X80管线钢的轧制,其轧制过程中有可能出现预设定规程与实际轧制规程变化较大的现象,从而造成轧制工艺的不稳定,从而对板形、性能等造成影响。本文分析了稳定宽厚板生产轧制规程的方法及实用探讨,对同类钢种的生产,具有参考意义。
While rolling large torque or big rolling force steel grades , taking X80 as an example, it is possible that the rolling schedule changes a lot in rolling process to make the rolling process instable, which affects the plate profile and properties. The paper analyzes the method on stable operation of wide plate roiling schedule , which can provide the reference for producing the similar grades.
